Fine Lines

Booking policies

Nobody enjoys reading these, so I've kept it short and said what I actually mean. The short version: give me a day's notice if plans change and we're completely fine.

Deposits

A £10 deposit holds your slot, and it comes off the price of your treatment on the day, so it isn't an extra charge. It's non-refundable unless you cancel under the terms below.

Working for myself means an empty slot is an empty slot. The deposit is the only thing standing between me and a very quiet Tuesday.

Cancelling or rescheduling

Just give me at least 24 hours notice and we'll move things with no fuss. 48 hours is even better if you know that far ahead.

  • Less than 24 hours notice means the deposit is used up.
  • Genuine emergencies are a different matter entirely, and I'll always look at those case by case. Life happens.

Running late

It happens, and a few minutes is genuinely no problem. But your appointment is a fixed block of time, so if you're more than 15 minutes late I may need to either shorten the treatment to fit, or move you to another day, in which case the deposit may be used up.

If you're stuck in traffic, message me. I'd much rather know than wonder.

Not turning up

If you don't arrive and haven't told me anything, that counts as a no-show and the deposit is used up. If it becomes a pattern, I may not be able to take future bookings.

How to let me know

Whichever is easiest, as early as you can:

  • WhatsApp: 07388 448941 (quickest)
  • Instagram: @getfinelines
  • Email: hello@getfinelines.co.uk

A message is genuinely fine, and you don't owe me an explanation. I just need to know in time to offer the slot to somebody else. Please don't try to ring, as I'm nearly always mid-appointment and won't pick up.

When I'd say no to treating you

Rare, and never personal. It comes down to me not wanting to do something that will damage your lashes or your eyes:

  • Aftercare has been repeatedly ignored and the lashes need a rest
  • Your natural lashes aren't in a state where extensions can go on safely
  • Relevant medical or allergy information wasn't shared with me beforehand

In any of those cases I'll explain why and tell you what would need to change, rather than just turning you away.

That's the lot. Still happy?
